Brazil Minas Gervais Natural + Colombia La Plata Washed + Colombia La Palmera Natural
Two lots from Colombia’s legendary Huila region set the tone. La Palmera brings natural-process richness and a playful sweetness, thanks to carefully managed fermentation and slow drying on raised beds. From the high farms of La Plata, a washed Castillo adds bright citrus tones and a clean, structured finish — the product of high altitudes, volcanic soil, and traditional double fermentation.
Brazil’s Minas Gerais rounds things out with mellow depth. Naturally processed cherries, dried under the sun and finished with mechanical precision, bring body and a soft, nutty sweetness that keeps everything grounded.
The result? Sweet orange, fresh citrus, and a touch of ripe plum, woven together in a cup that's breezy, balanced, and always welcome.
Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed between Monday and Thursday before midnight will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed from Friday to Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Returns Policy
To ensure you receive the freshest product, all coffee is roasted to order. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food items, we are unable to accept returns.
If you experience an issue with your order or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will investigate and, if necessary, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
