This Single Origin is Named after the breathtaking Mirador de la Ermita, is a washed coffee born in the high Andean mountains of San Pedro de Cartago, Nariño, Colombia. Grown at 2,000 meters. Processed through a meticulous dual-phase fermentation and water-based pulping, La Ermita reflects the beauty and precision of its mountainous birthplace.
