Brazil Mogiana Natural + Colombia La Plata Washed

Known as the "Folklore Paradise of Huila," La Plata is a hamlet nestled at the foothills of the Cordillera Central Andes Mountains, where many traditional dance forms and music originate. The Colombian component of this coffee is sourced from La Plata's lush, green terrain, which spans altitudes from 1,600 to 1,900 MASL. Blessed with the proximity to three majestic rivers—Rio La Plata, Rio Aguacatal, and Paez—as well as perennially green climatic conditions, this region is ideal for producing high-quality coffee.

The Mogiana region of Brazil, running along the São Paulo and Minas Gerais border, is renowned for producing some of the country's most consistently sweet and well-structured natural coffees. The region is home to 3,500 farmers who collectively cultivate 202,000 hectares. We carefully select lots from individual farms and process them to create a smooth, clean, and highly consistent final product.
