Brazil Monte Carmelo Natural + Colombia La Plata Washed

Known as the "Folklore Paradise of Huila," La Plata is a hamlet nestled at the foothills of the Cordillera Central Andes Mountains, where many traditional dance forms and music originate. The Colombian component of this coffee is sourced from La Plata's lush, green terrain, which spans altitudes from 1,600 to 1,900 MASL. Blessed with the proximity to three majestic rivers—Rio La Plata, Rio Aguacatal, and Paez—as well as perennially green climatic conditions, this region is ideal for producing high-quality coffee.

Monte Carmelo, in Minas Gerais, Brazil, is a key part of the Cerrado Mineiro Region, renowned for producing high-quality specialty coffee. With altitudes of 800–1,300 metres and distinct rainy and dry seasons, it offers ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Local farmers, mainly small to medium-scale producers, focus on quality over quantity, ensuring beans of exceptional flavour and consistency.
