Recipe

Espresso Recipe : Use 19 grams of coffee to yield 35 millilitres in 24 to 26 seconds at 92°C.

Filter Recipe : Use 18 grams of coffee to brew 290 millilitres of water at 94°C. Aim for a total brew time of 3 minutes 10 to 30 seconds, using a medium-fine grind.

Ethiopia • Guji Raro • Natural

Meet Tutti Fruitti, a juicy, complex Ethiopian coffee that reminds you why this origin gets so much love.
It’s from Guji (Raro, Uraga), high up in the hills, where coffees tend to come out bright, aromatic, and fruit-forward. It’s made from Ethiopian heirloom varieties.
This one’s natural process: the cherries are hand-picked, sorted, then slow-dried in thin layers for around 10 days, with extra hand-sorting to keep the cup clean.
We’ve roasted it as an omni, so you can brew it however you like. Filter if you want it crisp and detailed, or espresso if you want it richer and more intense.
In the cup: blackberry, a green tea kind of freshness, and a yellow lemon lift at the end.
Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed between Monday and Thursday before midnight will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed from Friday to Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Returns Policy
To ensure you receive the freshest product, all coffee is roasted to order. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food items, we are unable to accept returns.

If you experience an issue with your order or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will investigate and, if necessary, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
