Filter Recipe : Use 15 grams of coffee to brew 230 millilitres of water at 90°C. Aim for a total brew time of 2 minutes 30 seconds to 2 minutes 45 seconds, using a medium-coarse grind.

ECUADOR PICHINCHA SMALLHOLDERS • TYPICA MEJORADO & BOURBON • WASHED & HONEY

Ecuador is a newer name in specialty, and Pichincha is part of why that's changing. This is a smallholder lot grown between 1,300 and 1,500 metres on the slopes near Quito, planted to Typica Mejorado and Bourbon.
It's a blend of two processes, washed and honey, which gives you the best of both: the clarity and brightness of the washed with the sweetness and body the honey brings. Roasted for filter, it drinks clean and layered, with plum and apricot up front, a green apple snap through the middle, and a soft coconut finish.
A good one if you want to taste what Ecuador is quietly getting right.


Brew Recipe (Filter):
Use 15g of coffee to 230ml water at 93°C. Pour steadily and aim for a total brew time of 2:00–2:15 minutes. This slightly lighter ratio highlights the coffee’s natural florals and citrus clarity, keeping the cup clean, aromatic, and vibrant.

Brew Intent:
Designed to emphasize jasmine aromatics, bright grapefruit and lime acidity, and a crisp, elegant finish. Best brewed with controlled pours and minimal agitation.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed between Monday and Thursday before midnight will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed from Friday to Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Returns Policy
To ensure you receive the freshest product, all coffee is roasted to order. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food items, we are unable to accept returns.

If you experience an issue with your order or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will investigate and, if necessary, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
